      Pros

      There are great resources and capable managers. Pride in work, team work, revenue driven.

      Cons

      hypocrosy, bad decisions, lack of strategy for future, hurting for resources in personnel, HR is only there to protect management, not help employees. Telling the truth about management means getting fired, taken to HR. Applying policies across the company is not consistent in all areas.

      Pros

      You get to work very hard and don't have to worry about taking any credit for it, your manager will handle that for you.

      Cons

      See pros. Also they like to preach diversity but the work atmosphere can get very intolerant at the highest levels of the company.

      Pros

      This company is always looking for ways to expand business. Close to home if you live in Franklin or Brentwood.

      Cons

      Hopefully, the turnover in the leadership positions has slowed down. It was a very volitile place to work during the Ceridian takeover.
