exiting products and good mission

Cons

management is turning from people leaders to KPI managers. The working environment is going fast down the wrong way. The old values and interest in people has changed to only looking at performance and delivery. There is a reason to why the employee trun over is very high - and have been it for a long time now.

Great, empathetic, supportive co-workers, nice place to work

Cons

This a job where you could do it for 6 months-1 year for some good money and then plateau. There are very few opportunities for advancement, unless you want to stay on the phones for 6+ years. The elevate/promotion model is symbolic and doesn't actually translate to additional responsibility. Pay raises are 2% or less per year.
