This a job where you could do it for 6 months-1 year for some good money and then plateau. There are very few opportunities for advancement, unless you want to stay on the phones for 6+ years. The elevate/promotion model is symbolic and doesn't actually translate to additional responsibility. Pay raises are 2% or less per year.
