      Great benefits and incentives package

      Cons

      Culture of bullying from some staff which seems to be tolerated. Outdated products and scripted sales techniques. Never felt valued as an employee.

      Work hard and deliver for Coloplast UK and as soon as they've had what they want they will look for ways to get you out.

      Pros

      Great products, great services and mostly great people to work with. Nice restaurant which usually has great food and lots of good benefits come with the job.

      Cons

      The sales and marketing side can be very dog eat dog and there seems to be a culture of being two faced, lots of meetings about meetings and what often seems like time wasting. Lots of back stabbing, covering up and whispering. You get thrown in at the deep end with very little training and if you cannot swim then god help you. Meetings can be very uncomfortable with people even shouting at others. Staff retention levels probably aren't that great.

      *Incredibly strong company (Most profitable med device company in the world, corporate growth surpassing market, #1 in the world in core business areas, #1 patient-rated med device company in the world) *Very flat structure meaning an absence of hierarchy and the opportunity to interact with all levels in the organization *Fast-moving and nimble organization. The company is open and accepting of new ideas to respond to evolving challenges. *Exposure to multiple areas and topics in the company *Flexible environment with many fun and relaxed-in-attitude coworkers (despite overloaded with work)

      *Insufficient resources, across both personnel and systems; This helps reduce corporate cost base, but means each employee has a large range of responsibilities *Less developed or formalized career progression, unclear what the next step is or opportunity could be *Field sales runs the show, which challenges those in-house to be heard when countering sales' decisions
