Good benefits Great coworkers Good facility with cafe onsite

Cons

Poor leadership Lack of understanding/training around commission Extremely poor communication Terrible software and system to work in - with the profit being made by this company, this should be the first thing upgraded and instead they are a decade behind Sales force = receptionists (too much admin work, not enough leeway given to SELL) Micromanaging - A perfect example of favoritism & politics Gas lighting & bullying has been addressed by HR with no protection given to employees If you are 5 minutes late you get written up - no schedule flexibility - poor work life balance

Globally, it's a great company. My experience working with global colleagues was best in class.

Cons

Do not work for this company. You will get fat and lose your soul. They don't care about their employees. They'd rather pay 140k for an expat than hire local talent. Take your talent elsewhere and be happier

Pros

Good products but so over priced in a market not willing to pay for high end.

Cons

Bullying Management Style. Zero transparency. They think by putting the pressure on that sales and care enrolments will magically be realized. Management knows very little to nothing about the market they are selling into. Too cheap or afraid of what they will find. Have not done any market research to justify targets they hand out.
