When I started my job at Coloplast, I loved it. I was promised opportunities and really thought I had the potential to develop within the company.

Cons

Soon though it was clear my face did not fit and all the opportunities I was promised were taken away. I was bullied out of the company by my manager. The best thing I did for my career was leave that company.
