I worked with some great people and made a lot of great friends with my time there. Great benefits package.

Cons

The job should never be called Consumer "Sales" Representative. Its a glorified customer service job with your job mostly taking inbound queue calls instead of calling on outbound leads. The amount of calls and follow ups you make in a day are not worth the amount of money and compensation they pay at Coloplast. You make a base of 44k and have the opportunity to capture "sales." It takes 3 months for the company to verify your end user is ordering the products and you are not paid on that until its confirmed 3 months later. Expect to know everything about your end user as well as missed information in sales force could lead to losing the compensation you worked hard to get. Leadership makes it seems like they listen to the problems we had but never acted on it and nothing changed. Expect large amounts of turnover as well. If you are looking to get into outside sales PLEASE do not take this role.
