      1. Flexible Timings but should have to fallow core business working hours from 11 am to 5 pm. 2. Awesome work culture

      Cons

      1. Limited space, usage of the cafeteria for meetings with attendees more than 75 members. Need to have one big conference Hall.

      Pros

      Overall a very good company, always innovating trying to do things better. The merger is a tough one, so we will see how the new culture and integration look like at the end of the day.

      Cons

      For now, I don't know if all merger plans are going to be successful, I believe we have the opportunity to do better. However, we all are working hard to accomplish them. Let's see how it goes =)
