Pros
Overall a very good company, always innovating trying to do things better. The merger is a tough one, so we will see how the new culture and integration look like at the end of the day.
Cons
For now, I don't know if all merger plans are going to be successful, I believe we have the opportunity to do better. However, we all are working hard to accomplish them. Let's see how it goes =)
