      Some good people to work with. Interesting product

      Cons

      10 hour days standard with 1-2 Saturday’s per month. No work life balance and management doesn’t seem to care. Benefits below average. Managers do not engage with there subordinates unless it’s their buddy. One of the worst managed and managers in a company.

      Collins culture to encourage the one-on-one meeting to discuss employee's career development and get help from your direct supervisor

      Cons

      Not every manager cares about the direct-reporters' career development plan. Sometime, it's a waste of time.
