Work on own schedule, many resources, great training when you start out, managers really try the best to help you close deals
Cons
monthly fee to company, broker takes 50% of your comissions whereas other companies take much less. some even give you 100%, not enough office space where i worked. had to share desks with other agents and when you're in the office with them its kinda awkward going into his/your desk with them there
