Pros
Benefits. The other employees and agents are the best thing about the company. Name recognition is good. Good marketing materials for sales.
Cons
Micro management. The cost for agents are too much. The Managers have practically no expenses paid, The managers are expected to have expenses for marketing to be paid by the vendors they give business to. Also managers are expected to sell additional services to agents to get their bonus's. Much pressure to sale to agents that can't afford the service. Creates division between managers because they are scared to say anything and if you disagree with upper management your chances of getting a good review is slim.
