Great management . CB gives Many tools for success if you are willing to put in the effort. They will do anything they can to help you reach your full potential as an agent. When you make money they do, they are there to help you.

Cons

It can be very difficult to use the get leads and clients through CB. Most prospecting will have to be done on your own time and money. They do have a lead router system but rarely are the leads hot.

Outstanding facilities and free Starbucks coffee. Catered lunches on Thursdays for employees was also a plus. Management smartly used these lunches to incentivize agents to come to the office to attend weekly continued learning seminars.

Cons

Asked many times for management to hire a recycling service to no avail. Unbelievable amount of paper thrown into trash cans.
