Pros
Run your own business and determine your own income, set own hours and time off with family. It's very rewarding to help others find a place to live they love also! Great training and support overall.
Cons
Maddeningly un-technological - the office is decorated circa 1972 and there's nothing, I mean nothing that approaches a professional meeting area for clients, although we desperately want clients to meet us there! Not a flat screen or any modern tech to be seen, coupled with out of date everything else. Although the company (macro level) provides good support and training, there are not many leads that are shared to assist a new agent in starting business, it's do it yourself at micro level.
