Clean office, I'm not being bitter but the cons outweigh the pros so I can't come up with anymore.

Cons

Poor management, no diversity in the company, little to no pay, 30 min lunch, I'd like to say more but I'll leave it at that.

Flexible schedule, no glass ceiling for women, no limits to earnings, entrepreneurial for minimal startup costs. Coldwell Banker has a FABULOUS culture to associate with. Great people at the top!

You will benefit/suffer in direct relation to your work ethic and consistency, or lack thereof. SAVE YOUR MONEY! You must save half of what you make the first few years, plan ahead for unforeseen illnesses, etc.
