Flexible hours and management was very helpful. Office space was very professional. Coworkers were like members of a team not competitors

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind in the negative. There is not a better real estate company in the area to work for.

Pros

The training classes and weekly company meetings helped me train to be a successful real estate agent. The brokers were involved with my real estate sales from initializing and finalizing the contract. This made me secure to reach out to my brokers with any questions.

Cons

Parking was sometime an issue due to the office attendance being so large in size.
