They offer great benefits compared to similar companies. Also all your continuing education classes are paid for by the company.

Cons

The decision making at the company is very centralized. It is hard to get good ideas across for streamlining processes or improving efficiency. It is not a place where you can apply your creativity. You will be a "paperpusher".

Pros

They keep you updated and informed on all aspects of business. They offer lots of free training. The management support is great. The desk fees are low. They make it super easy to be able to work from a home office with thier "back office" technology.

Cons

I really can't think of any.
