Training, professionalism, national and international name recognition, technology investments, some good local mgmt, fairly strong advertising and good reputation overall.

Cons

Management decisions are often ill-concieved and too focused on the bottom line. However, some times the worst decisions are quickly reversed.

Pros

Coldwell Banker Commercial is a wonderful community of agents, brokers, and executives. Flexibility is the key issue, as there are opportunities to focus your career in whatever direction you want within real estate. Executive management are not distant entities, and they are willing to help however they can.

Cons

Agent positions are independent contractor positions and do not allow for benefits. Working as a leasing agent can only take you as far as your personal/physical limits allow.
