Leadership within the office is great. At times frustrating to get work done in house, but overall great atmosphere, really enjoyed working there!

Cons

They take a larger chunk of the commission, however, they do provide you with resources that other companies do not. So this can and cannot be worth it, depending on if you take advantage of the resources they offer you!
