Pros

Coldwell Banker Snow & Wall provides all the training necessary to get started in real estate. Beth Obrien, the broker, is very fair and motivating. She handles difficult situations with grace and is very helpful. She was always available at any time when I tried to reach her. Great office space and the other agents were very nice.

Cons

Monthly fees were a bit high but necessary to run this business. Nothing negative to say at all about my experience working there.

Plenty of continuing education provided. Access to management when you need them. You have to love the amount of advertising.

Cons

Inept, disgruntled support staff. THere is not a single enterprise system housing all the information needed, You must remember tons of passwords and where all the crap is located.

It's hard to give a larger cut of your commission when you're used to hardly giving any but the benefits of working for a nationally known company with great support are great.
