- Office Manager is always willing to help -Lots of training programs for new agents in the company -recognition for sales acheivments through awards -website at discounted cost Overall the support staff and the office management are quite good. The office manager is always willing to sit and speak with you on ways to improve your business

Cons

-commission splits could be a little better -offices are expensive to rent -preference given to agents that make lots of money -little guys get few referals from company

Coldwell banker has a good name, as well as a good reputation nation wide. I currently work on a team which also help with leads.

Cons

Way too many fees, over 1700/ year, not many leads unless you are on a team, small starting splits, too many corporate policies.

Pros

Coldwell Banker Snow & Wall provides all the training necessary to get started in real estate. Beth Obrien, the broker, is very fair and motivating. She handles difficult situations with grace and is very helpful. She was always available at any time when I tried to reach her. Great office space and the other agents were very nice.

Cons

Monthly fees were a bit high but necessary to run this business. Nothing negative to say at all about my experience working there.
