Pros

Flexible schedule, training, tons of support. There is a great network of agents that all are willing to help each other. Management wants its sales associates to succeed.

Cons

It is a very litigious occupation. The paperwork is tedious but it is necessary. Too many meetings sometimes about the same thing.

The people at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage are great! The owner and management team are extremely fair and ethical. They do a great job of helping everyone succeed!

Cons

The company is large and you can get lost in the numbers. Just be sure to stay engaged and ask questions if you do not know how to do something. Everyone is very helpful!
