Fantastic training for a new agent and continued training for a experienced agent. Technology is top notch and available. They are constantly finding a way to make your job easier, more efficient. Impressive marketing and television exposure.

Cons

None that I know of.

Wonderful agents, staff and managers. Busy enough to make the day go super fast. Made a lot of friends to this day.

Cons

Too hectic during the spring and summer months and too slow during the fall and winter months.
