Great Support, Excellent Splits for Top-Producing Agents, Office Staff Support, Legal. Great Global Brand Recognition, Discounts on Cell Phone Bill and other partner items.

Cons

Not a Great Location (office), Poor Electronics in Office. Not very many agents in office.

Managers available for advice and contract help. Even senior management will work with agents on issues if needed without making you feel silly for asking. No issue too big or two small. Continuing education in trends and market is strong and helpful to business.

Cons

Income is not as reliable as a 9-5 job. It's feast or famine in real estate.
