The people and management were great. They offer a good vacation schedule and benefits in the regional head quarters. They also fostered a friendly work environment by hosting friendly competitions throughout the year for prizes

Cons

They would rarely increase wages and when they did it wasn't enough to make any difference

They really train well. They will put lots of time in with you and then set you free to go find business. They have all the tools in place to help make you a success.

Cons

Some of their technology gets released before they have ironed out the kinks. There are also lots of redundant and boring required training classes.
