Pros

Awesome training program. Very supportive employees and superiors. Everyone is always willing to help you get started or with any questions/problems you may come across. Very much a teamwork environment. CB holds their agents to a higher standard than many other companies.

Cons

Your commission split starting out isn't the greatest, but that just comes along with starting out in real estate at most places. This could also be considered a pro, but you have to work very hard to earn every penny. CB tries to help out, but this is just the nature of real estate.

Best training in the industry. The key is aligning yourself with the right manager who truly cares about their team.

Cons

Agents have to pay for EVERYTHING to run the business. It's a commission based world so if you don't budget properly, your debits become greater than your credits :(

Pros

Easy hours, regular pay raises, generally pleasant low-stress atmosphere. Tasks were simple to learn and complete, and it wasn't hard to get into a good rhythm. I received enough cross-training to be ready for the job above me within a year's time.

Cons

Lower pay and very expensive healthcare. They do not value finding solutions to retain employees regardless of performance when business runs low. Downsizing the staff and then loading extra tasks onto already busy employees that remain is the solution.
