Pros
Awesome training program. Very supportive employees and superiors. Everyone is always willing to help you get started or with any questions/problems you may come across. Very much a teamwork environment. CB holds their agents to a higher standard than many other companies.
Cons
Your commission split starting out isn't the greatest, but that just comes along with starting out in real estate at most places. This could also be considered a pro, but you have to work very hard to earn every penny. CB tries to help out, but this is just the nature of real estate.
