Pros

As a new agent I appreciated the initial training, having a manager on site that was there to answer questions & provide support (rather than sell) and weekly trainings in the office. The recognized brand is also helpful.

Cons

The commission split is low compared to other brokerages. I considered this a trade off for the support I was receiving however, it made it difficult to survive with a few initial transactions.
