Pros

The company has a well deserved reputation for doing business ethically in the community. Both the formal and informal training opportunities are free and agents can get enough continuing education credits through the company so that they never have to pay outside sources to meet the state requirements. The agents they attract are mostly very professional while still being a fun group to be around.

Cons

The corporate office is a bit greedy (for lack of a better word) with commission splits on relocation and RAIN transactions.

Cons

Some local managers tend to play favorites making it difficult for less popular agents who ironically need their guidance and support the most.
