Great Benefits. Perfect job for a wife/husband that needs a job for health insurance, especially after raising a child.

Cons

The systems are confusing to use. It was becoming less of an administrative job and more of an "Internet-Age" administrator position. If you're bad with a computer, it will impact about 60% of your job description. Computer training was a bit subpar.
