All of my colleagues were positive, upbeat, and hard working individuals always working to the best of their abilities and also encouraging the same of me.

Cons

Like many other business. The seasons are "All" or "Nothing". Meaning there are times when it gets chaotic and crazy busy with lots going on at once. But they were a great team always working together to achieve success in the end.
