Help Desk Hell and a Gossipy HR department.

They really know how to buy and dismantle successful local companies.

Cons

All questions and requests must go through the all-powerful Help Desk unfortunately, 75% of the time the answer is, "oh, sorry. I can't help you with that. Have you tried calling X?" BTW, your answer is always, "YES, X told me they couldn't help and that I had to call the Help Desk."
