Lack of Support: The supervisor/broker knew about the issues but allowed them to continue. Stress and Trauma: The experience left me feeling traumatized and stressed. Client Mismanagement: The agent was actively screwing over clients, which was both unethical and damaging to my professional integrity. Unreasonable Demands: The agent demanded more notice than standard when I resigned, showing a lack of respect for my time and decision.
