They have amazing resources, training, qualifying brokers, support staff, and owners. I can't say enough good things about Coldwell Banker Legacy and all of the brokers here. They take care of their brokers and make sure they know it.

Cons

It is a large brokerage so you have to keep up with the moving environment.
