Pros

In my opinion, this is the best real estate brokerage in the industry. They have no dues, they an enormous amount of resources to educate you. They also provide workshops every week to help you be a better Realtor. Other Realtors are constantly giving you opportunities to host an open house. The office culture is amazing, there are parties, contests, and happy hour meet ups.

Cons

The only con is that they don't provide leads.
