      Pros

      Great employee discount and opportunity to meet a lot of great people/clients.

      Cons

      Write ups for any little thing. Unnecessary drama and toxicity especially when we are not even commissioned based. Extra competitiveness for nothing in my opinion. The management team besides the store manager were all unorganized. Always hit my fifth hour and went late to my breaks.

      Pros

      I have worked PT at Coach for over a year and first I want to say that I was impressed the way they handles the hurricane. They have an employee relief program that allowed extra funds for employees who were dealing with hardships. Other Pros: -competitive pay compared to other similar brands -friendly work environment -management will work with schedule -thriving company so making bonus is likely

      Cons

      -no benefits -minimal growth unless willing to relocate. Management staffing (asm and beyond) is pretty full, so it would take patience to find opportunities for growth -it's retail, so don't expect holidays off
