      Pros

      Entry level employees & associates are friendly.

      Cons

      Managers & supervisors are extremely unprofessional. They only give hours, raises, & leeway to their favorite employees. Human Resources does not hold them accountable for anything. Have filed a formal complaint 3 times with no action behind it. There’s no flexibility for scheduling. Very fake & hostile leadership.

      Pros

      I've been at Coach for a couple of years throughout my twenties and have nothing but good things to say about working in this environment. Throughout every step of this job, I have felt like family with my coworkers and my management team, and I will forever miss working here.

      Cons

      As much as I loved working here, my experience is my own. My experience might not be shared with everyone, however, I only wish the best for everyone I have worked with and anyone that plans on working here in the future.
