Less customers now, less salary

I worked at coach for a year and unfortunately, my experience with the work environment was not positive. While the role itself had potential and there were some talented individuals on the team, the overall atmosphere was toxic and often stressful. There was a noticeable lack of support from leadership, poor communication, and a culture that tolerated favoritism and unprofessional behavior. Feedback was rarely constructive, and concerns raised by employees were often dismissed or ignored. This led to high turnover and low morale across departments. I hope the company takes steps to address these issues and creates a more supportive, respectful, and healthy environment for its employees in the future.
