- Group comission, and colleagues have a good atmosphere. - The vacation scheduling system is clear. - The management is friendly.

Cons

- Vacation requests need to be submitted two months in advance. - Meeting team performance targets is not easy; in the first six months, we only met the targets during Black Friday month.

Cons

Coach has tendencies to have a toxic culture between departments. It comes and goes. It wasn't a deal breaker for me but just something to be aware of.
