With good managers...Its been a great place to work

Cons

It seems that the District Managers do not pay much attention to what is going on with the Stores internally...Poor managment can really be hidden by good store #'s..If the store is making money...everyone seems to turn a blind eye to things not right inside the store.

Decent pay for retail. Time off and sick time is reasonable

Cons

Management keeps everything a secret, we didn't even know what the next sale was going to be. They promoted people based on favoritism not performance and knowledge.
