      Good pay, small circles of good people, have 4B in the nest egg

      Cons

      -IT is simply deplorable -IT Mgmt afraid to make decision allows Marketing to control everything -IT loves contractors so, be mindful if going in as a FT Employee -IT far behind most retail organizations -Stop with the this is the COACH way garbage. Its a job not a religion.

      Pros

      Coach is a very well established company. They not only work hard on your development, but also give you the proper tools you need to get there. If you are truly willing to learn, and want to actually work you will get places.

      Cons

      Not enough hours. They were very flexible with most of my requests, however I would like more hours.
