Lots of hours at Thanksgiving time. Love the environment of the new Edinburgh Outlet Store in Edinburgh, IN. Great pay for just being a sales associate in college. Made $10 when I started and $10.50 when I left.

Late hours, not much hiring from within.

Upper management plays favorites, and isn't always open to new opinions. Promotion not always based on merit. Tough work/life balance. Open door policy is limited.
