Pros

One of the things I like the most is that people value everyones opinions. There is no one person deciding what or how to do something whether it is the best way or not. The work environment is very open and collaborative, and you can get help from people when you need it. Great work/life balance, and great culture throughout the whole company. Free lunch on Friday's is a great time to interact with people in other departments, and every other day of the week you can join others going out to get lunch. The people are very friendly and fun to be around. Overall it's a pretty good place to work.

Cons

My only issue is having to commute to work in rush hour traffic rather than take public transportation.

-Up and coming, fast paced, pedal to the metal kind of company -Talent here is bursting at the seams, great people work here -Growth and opportunity is limitless -Full transparency from the top down -Every voice matters - Small startup growing rapdily, has silicon valley feel in Waltham MA - Beautiful office on the Charles River

Cons

Typical pains of a start up, need the resources and do not have all the manpower in place to do it. This is changing, however, with our rapid hiring.

Pros

This is the best work environment by far that I've worked in. I felt like I belonged here from day 1! Let's face it, we spend more time with our peers and ultimately they are what makes a company great place to work.

Cons

Everything is great overall, but being a part of a start up can be very challenging. The logistics of the office space are not ideal, two suites (different buildings, same location).
