I never worked for a company that is so fun, innovative, competitive, challenging and rewarding as cloudlock. From the CEO down to the engineers, we are all one big family. I strongly recommend anyone that is looking to be in a great agile company with great people to join us.

Pros

The company has grown up tremendously in the last few years and lots of people have seen their careers grow as well (including myself). They offer lots of mobility and internal promotions are the norm. Turnover is low while we continue to hire at a quick pace. Don't be surprised to see a small hackathon project spurn a new product or feature. Innovation is engrained within the company.

Cons

The product suite is spread a bit thin and they need to make sure to prioritize internal investments even when that means dates might slip. Management is aware of this and improvements have been made. If you are someone that wants to be told what to work on next, you might struggle here. It is a very empowered organization.
