- People are nice! - People are smart - Company is growing fast, you have a chance to grow with it - Very customer focused. We share new development very early with our customers to get feedback and iterate. This means more people in engineering are talking with customers, and getting candid first-hand feedback.

- Fast pace means longer hours - Cross-geography communications is a challange
