Unbelievable career growth, opportunity to make an impact every day, AMAZING people, fast paced

Cons

deadlines are often not met, sometimes there is so much going on that it's hard to on put the focus and attention that things deserve, compensation is less than market but other benefits to make up for it like workplace happiness
