Thank you! We are growing at Clip, and that does present challenges that we need to address and work through. It's helpful to have this feedback and be able to specifically address situations and concerns. Our VP of People would love the chance to chat with all Clippers who have ideas on how we can better, and improve as we grow. We would encourage you to make time to share your concerns and feedback for improvement. The team is growing rapidly, we will be counting on Clippers to help make changes and address the growing pains.

Pros

Good benefits, good culture (so far)

Cons

They are replacing management with offshore managers to cut costs but that is bringing cultural issues between managers and teams, a lot of people was laid off in the last 6 months. You are no given notice, they just disconnect your account in the middle of your day.

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits, facilities and amenities “google style”, and remote work. A very profitable business and ambitious market strategy.

Cons

There no such of thing as “extraordinarynes” here, they aren’t innovative (e.g. they are only launching updates of they terminal, but not new product). They waste a lot of time in micro management in the middle level with meeting and social events. There is not any commitment from the C-Level they aren’t supportive, empathic or even honest at all (e.g. Clip isn’t a “Mexican” enterprise - as they are use to say - since it’s stablished in the US, in fact, their CEO doesn’t lives in Mexico), they spend a lot of money in preserving its public image but their internal values demonstrates a different situation. They are so elitist at the top levels and concentrates the operation and the decision taking in 3 people. Clip maintains a lot of financial commitments with third parties, even when they receive tons of money from new investors they prefer dismiss +100 employees instead of reduce marketing or other expenses with no value.
