      The work environment is healthy and the challenges are interesting. Also, the salary is great, especially for Argentina.

      The IT area is sometimes a bit disorganized, especially when it comes to cross-team collaboration. Growth opportunities are not clear.

      Pros

      If you really enjoy getting yelled at you will really like it here. Also if you are someone who has nowhere to go at night you will enjoy this job because they offer late night deployments and hard, short deadlines. If you have no emotion like a robot you will enjoy this place because we don't have major release parties and only show appreciation when we are already dead inside.

      Cons

      Everyone claims they have no power to change anything bad that is happening. Executive team will be in everyones business. We lost all culture that we had.
