always a good mood in the office, people here work as a team you can learn a lot of every business unit

Cons

sometimes the work is hard, because during the summer increase a lot and customer are more demanding, you have to know that is a office job but also a high/low season job

The management is supportive and encourages a healthy work-life balance, making it an ideal environment for both personal and professional growth.

Cons

This is not really a disadvantage of the company, but, being a start-up, I would suggest more care in the system to avoid the possible bugs that sometimes occur.
