The team is exceptional! It is a young, dynamic and international environment. Everybody is super open and it is a pleasure to come to the office, because you have a lot of fun. I have worked for other companies, but what I found at Click&Boat is unique in terms of team vibes. The management is very supportive, reactive, fast in decision, transparent and always here to help you and to improve by giving constructive feedback. Definitely a place where you will grow in your professional competences and learn a lot. The processes which are in place are very smooth and efficient. The product to sell is cool and the mission is interesting.
